Watching TV via Galaxy S Lightray 4G LTE-Do you often find situation in which you need
to watch a TV program like football match but you do not have TV or computer
with you or do not have access to it? It is often displeasing, especially when
our favorite team is playing in the match. This reason might be what underlies
a carrier, the MetroPCS, to bring Samsung Galaxy S Lightray 4G LTE to the
market.
The Galaxy S Lightray 4G LTE is a smartphone
which for the first time comes with a live TV service. The TV service is
broadcasted by Dyle mobile TV as the two sides have made a deal. The smartphone
has recently announced by the underdog carrier as the latest edition to the
LTE-equipped handsets lineup. In addition, while it is the first smartphone
with a live TV service, the smartphone is claimed to be the first one featuring
speedy hotspot capabilities in the network.
The Samsung Galaxy offers a 4.3-inch
touchscreen display and is equipped with an 8 mpg rear camera and a
front-facing 1.3 mpg camera as the secondary tool for video calls. To support
its TV service, the smartphone also gets a built-in antenna and is preloaded
with an app called Dyle mobile TV. At the inside, the Galaxy S Lightray 4G
boasts the older Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system in collaboration with
a 1 GHz processor.
Being equipped with TV broadcast from Dyle,
the users are provided with access to local and national news channels, sports
and other TV stations such as ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX and Telemundo. Interestingly,
to watch the programs from the TV stations, you do not need you 3G or 4G data
connection that it uses a separate frequency band. The Samsung Galaxy S
Lightray 4G is offered with a price of $459 with taxes excluded and you can get
it at the MetroPCS store.
